We started our business in a cornfield (sorta)
Our previous venture took seven years from startup to highly successful exit. We served close to 1,500 companies across multiple industries, focusing on the ones caught between basic tools and enterprise bloat. Our midwestern instincts told us to treat every customer like our first.
High-touch service kept our retention rates strong even as we scaled. But customers kept asking for something we didn't have: a way to connect performance data with how people actually felt about their work.
We launched our first product.
Now we’re launching our next-generation performance management platform. We learned a lot the first time around... what worked and what needed some work. And we discovered that nobody really links performance and management together effectively. We’re changing that with Upward365.

We launched Upward365 with those lessons
Performance module launched December 2025 at $7/employee/ month. Engagement module follows in early 2026 at $4/employee/ month. Both together for $10/employee/month with annual commitment.
